To book an appointment, the following minimum information will be requested: name, email address, reason for the appointment (selection), and, optionally, additional details.

Once you have requested an appointment, you will receive a confirmation and, where applicable, reminders or operational communications related to it, at the email address provided.

For organizational purposes, Mara Tago would appreciate it if you could do so at least 24/48 hours in advance whenever possible.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule. In the event of repeated no-shows without notice, Mara Tago reserves the right to limit new bookings in order to protect the availability of the service.

The appointments offered through the site are intended for preventive and psychoeducational guidance, aimed at crew members and, where appropriate, supervisors or human resources personnel. The objective is to provide practical tools and guidelines for the prevention and management of stress/anxiety, as well as criteria for early detection and referral to professional resources when necessary.

This service is not an emergency service. If you believe you are facing an urgent situation, contact the emergency services (112 in Spain) or the appropriate healthcare resources.

Mara Tago may modify these terms and conditions when necessary. The current version will be published on the website.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
