Adaptability to context
Lucia was on her first contract on board. Although it was her dream job, the reality of life on the ship, the lack of rest, and the pressure to always maintain a positive attitude began to take their toll.
There were episodes of crying, guilt for wanting to quit, and fear of not being "up to the task."

Support was provided with a focus on adapting to the onboard environment, emotional normalization, and strengthening professional self-esteem.
Emotional validation and anxiety prevention were addressed in contexts of high social exposure.
